Level 1: Living-dining room of 50 sqm with mezzanine, an open kitchen opening onto a covered outdoor dining area facing the sea. 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with 2 twin beds (2x 80*200) with en-suite shower room opening onto a private terrace, two bedrooms with 1 Queensize bed (160*200) opening onto a sea view terrace, a TV room, a bathroom, 3 toilets.
Lower level: a master bedroom with 1 Queensize bed (160*200), en-suite shower room and toilet opening onto a private terrace. A laundry room.
For your comfort: Secure estate, heated infinity pool (4x9m), WiFi internet, air conditioning in the bedrooms, ping-pong table, two terraces, isolated heated outdoor shower, TV room, garage, water softener, dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
