About this country house rental
• Surrounded by farmland with beautiful mountain views, yet close to town. Enjoy the stunning sunrises and sunsets.

• Celebrate America’s 250th anniversary in this historic house built in 1791. Fort Edward was at the heart of where Revolutionary history took place. Located on the Hudson River, between Saratoga & Lake George. There will be numerous events & reenactments in the area.
• The main floor includes a kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, and full bathroom. Upstairs features three bedrooms and an additional bathroom. A small detached exercise room is also available.
• Indoor entertainment includes pool table & dart board (adult use only), numerous board games, 5 large tvs plus 1 tv in exercise room.
• Relax on the large patio with open views and enjoy outdoor games including Badminton, Volleyball, Cornhole, Spike Ball and more.
• Fort Edward is known for its variety of unique birds. A bird watcher’s sanctuary is just 1 mile away or enjoy the variety of species form the patio.
• During the season, watch hot air balloons take off and land in the area.

Things To Know:
• This is a peaceful, active hay farm. The detached garage (37ft from house) serves as our farm office.
• There is an RV parked on the property (210 ft from the house & not visible from the house). Occasionally the owner will utilize the office or RV during your stay, but your privacy is our top priority!
• This is a quiet, private property intended for registered guests only (no parties or events)
• All out-buildings are off limits, except for the exercise room at the end of the barn, which you are welcome to use.
• Please no smoking or vaping inside the home
• No Pets: We love animals, but we cannot accommodate pets of any kind.
• Pool Table and Dart Board are for adult use only
• For safety & security, please note that there are exterior cameras in place
