Pictures were extremely outdated. There were spiderwebs and dust everywhere. Utensils and appliances in the kitchen were dirty. Oven takes 4x the amount of time to cook. Padded toilet seat in the basement is ripped and dirty and needs replacement. Basement is unfinished, with two of the bedrooms located in the basement. Two bedrooms are in the basement with mattresses that sink into the middle. Lighting in the entire house is terrible and always feels dark. A lot of clutter/stuff taking up space, covered in dust. Screened in area is unusable. Cushions on chairs were filthy, cobwebs everywhere, holes in the screens. The deck is in need of repairs. There are also rude/nasty neighbors who enjoy cursing at children playing on the swingset at 6pm.
