House on 3 floors.
On the ground floor, there is a private garage with an extra bedroom and a terrace with outdoor furniture. This room is not air-conditioned and is not recommended for young children, as it is separate from the rest of the house.
The first floor consists of a spacious living/dining room with terrace, an open kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Stairs lead to the second floor, where you will find two double bedrooms, another with bunk beds and a second bathroom with a bathtub.
On the top floor there is a very spacious sunny terrace from where you can enjoy magnificent panoramic views of the sea, the mountains, the canal and the entire Gulf of Roses.
It has a community pool, Wi-Fi, air conditioning (only in the two master bedrooms) and a private garage.
Empuriabrava is the largest residential marina in Europe, with over 25 km of navigable canals. Its promenade, with its bars, restaurants, and children's play areas, as well as its wide range of leisure activities (parachuting center, wind tunnel, boat rental, water sports, etc.)) make this small town an ideal choice for families, couples or groups of friends.
