This typical Andalusian home offers the perfect combination of traditional style and modern amenities across 95 m². It’s ideal for families seeking peace and authenticity without sacrificing comfort.

The house features two private patios (one in the front and one in the back) that invite you to linger:
Outdoor dining tables for cozy meals.
A grill area for barbecue evenings.
The house is designed to accommodate up to 4 people and offers a restful night’s sleep. Bedding is included.
Bedroom 1 (Master): Comfortable double bed (150x190 cm), air conditioning, ceiling fan, and built-in closet.
Bedroom 2: Single bed (90x190 cm), ceiling fan, and built-in closet.
Bedroom 3: Single bed (90x190 cm), ceiling fan, and a modern clothes rack.
Additional Services: A baby bed can be provided upon request.

Climate & Freshness: Air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom. All rooms are also equipped with ceiling fans.
Insect protection: All windows in the house are equipped with high-quality fly screens (mosquito nets).
