Spacious living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen: ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, and all necessary kitchenware. Wi-Fi and television.
The outdoor area is the heart of the home. The property is fully fenced and features:

It’s well worth climbing up to Cártama Castle—which dates back to Roman times and was later occupied by the Arabs—and to the Chapel of Nuestra Señora de los Remedios on Monte de la Virgen, designated a Site of Cultural Interest, which offers spectacular views of the entire valley.
You can also visit the Cártama Museum Collection, the house-museum of the poet González Marín, or the distinctive iron bridge over the Guadalhorce River.
If you enjoy hiking, there are three marked trails: the Camino de las Tres Cruces, the Torrealquería Circular Trail, and the Sierra de los Espartales Circular Trail.
Supermarkets, restaurants, and all amenities are just a few minutes’ drive away.
