📝 A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to activate the pool heater. Once activated, pool heating must remain in effect for the entire duration of the stay and cannot be turned on and off intermittently

• Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering you for up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only (e.g., linens, towels, wine glasses) during your stay. This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance.

However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.

While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.



• Guest Supplies and Towels: Basic towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days. We encourage you to use the in-unit washer and dryer to refresh them. For stays of five nights or longer, replacement towels may be requested, subject to availability. Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed; nearby stores are easily accessible.



• Pack ’n Plays: Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Please request one at the time of booking to confirm.



• Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and a guest requests their return, a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items left behind after checkout.
