We had a really good time here. We had the pool heated and it was very hot. A nice place to relax after a long day at the parks. The host was very good - we did not have any issues and did not have to contact them but they left a nice welcome gift on our arrival and left contact information if we needed anything. Our only complaint was the very low water pressure in all of the showers. I'm sure that they were all 'low flow' shower heads but just not what we were used to. The master had a large tub and many of the guests opted for a nice soak it the tub.

The property is noticeably new, very little wear and tear. The pool area was nice, but the lounging & walking space in the pool area should be a little bigger to accommodate a home that houses that many people. No backyard or front yard area, so if your family is an “active, outdoorsy” type keep that in mind. The theatre area & play area will be a hit with kids and teens. A larger fridge in the kitchen or an additional smaller fridge in the play area to store beverages would be helpful for larger families with longer stays. Having a TV in every room is a huge plus for big families with different age groups. Housekeeping should provide a few more towels & beach towels. (Most women require two at a time, hair & body). The Club house in the area is nice but smaller than the Oasis Clubhouse, which is a 5 minute drive away. The Oasis Clubhouse has a lazy river, a larger pool, an indoor full bar with 3-4 large TVs, sells food & alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages. They do not allow outside foodThe Casiola company that manages the home were very communicative & professional. At one point the living room TV turned off & wouldn’t turn back on in the midst of NFL Thanksgiving football. The company responded immediately via text with both apologies & advice on how to remedy the situation. They sent out a staff member to check on things, when she couldn’t resolve it, Leandro the electrician arrived promptly & resolved the problem. He was polite & worked quickly & efficiently.

The house was spacious. It also came we everything we needed for our stay. The water could have a little hotter in the jacuzzi. However, the overall stay was excellent. I would stay again in the future. Thanks.

Overall the house has a good layout and space but really needs a good deep clean and some fresh paint.it looks like it’s been used as a party house. The furniture was more aesthetic than comfortable. The management company who handled issues was responsive. We’d look for another unit before renting here again.
