Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you.
For visitors, there is a maximum of 6 cars per property.

If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

The house is as pictured online. The movie theater is fabulous and the game room kept the kids busy the whole time. The pool was warm but the hot tub never got very hot. The only down side to this property is how close the neighbors are. We would stay there again

The house was very nice. Just as pictured. The community is nice but definitely packed as many houses in there as possible. The pools and lenaus are back to back so privacy is not an option. Overall had a good time and the kids and everyone loved all the amenities.

Absolutely loved the house and it was very nice. It held all 16 of us comfortably. No issues or complaints. Highly recommended.
