A baby bed for small children and a high chair are available in the apartment. A washing machine and dryer can be found in the house. Pets are also welcome in this apartment (CHF 20.00 per dog per stay). Smoking is unfortunately not permitted in this apartment.
Bed linen, final cleaning and one set of terry linen per person are included in the total price, also the visitor's tax.

The beautiful 3.5 room rooftop flat is located directly above Lake Laax and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. The modern holiday flat can accommodate up to 4 guests on 75m2. It has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub and toilet, as well as a separate shower with toilet can be found in the flat. The spacious kitchen offers everything you need for a pleasant stay; glass ceramic cooker, oven, dishwasher and many other kitchen utensils. For entertainment, a TV and WLAN are available for use or the breathtaking view from the balcony of the flat.
