Discover the Laax holiday area in a beautiful, approximately 100 sqm, chalet-style apartment with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and 2 bathrooms. 2 additional beds on the pull-out couch can be made available upon request. Located directly on the shore of the idyllic Laax Lake, you can enjoy a fantastic view from every room. The ski slopes are just a few minutes away by bus. The bus stops right in front of the house. The village shop, the Laax tourist office, a bakery and butcher's shop are in the immediate vicinity within walking distance. There is also a playground with a zip line and trampoline, an indoor pool and spa with wellness area, swimming access to the lake, a barbecue area, an ice rink in winter and a small children's ski slope - all within walking distance. Perfect for families all year round.
The apartment can be reached by elevator without steps and is equipped with two bathrooms. Both bathrooms have a shower or shower/bathtub. In the living room, a gentle water vapor fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. A TV with Internet connection and a Sonos soundbar offer music and multimedia enjoyment. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, stovetop, fondue & raclette dishes, dishwasher and kettle and much more. The apartment has a washing machine and tumble dryer, which can be used freely. The bunk beds are 1.9m long and offer comfortable space not only for children but also for adults.
The apartment includes an indoor garage parking space. Bicycles or other leisure equipment can be parked in the parking lot in front of the car. Snow sport equipment can be stored in the building's ski room, where there is also a locker reserved for the apartment. The locker fits two pairs of skis and boots.
