The entire property is yours for the duration of your stay. Access is via a key lockbox.
Whilst we do not stay on site, a team member is available throughout your stay.
No BBQ available at this property.
The rear of the property backs onto SH1 so there will be some traffic noise if the doors and windows are open.
Parties and gatherings are not permitted.
No smoking.
Heating and air conditioning is controlled by a central system throughout the property.
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If you would like visitors during your stay, please let us know. This way we won`t disturb you if we consider there to be extra guests at the property.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay.
If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
