We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

Property is well kept and in a quiet area.Not too far from Taupo centre.Kitchen is well equipped. Just one remark. Mattresses were a bit too soft for us.

Great location - close to the lake, Woolworths and 7-8 minutes from town. Also, great views to the lake and the mountain behind Taupo. Some aspects of the property are tired - lounge furniture, balcony furniture and beds. Appliances and cooking ware was good. It is a comfortable property.

Great stay here! Had everything we needed and the kids LOVED IT. We loved the balcony and enjoyed some fish and chips from local stores. Close to beach for a swim and also close to town. Check in was easy and fast and quiet neighbourhood. Downstairs was a little chilly but nothing a few blankets wont fix. We are definitely coming back. Thank you again.
