    Really enjoyed our stay! The location is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and mountains, with the beach right there. The views were honestly one of my favourite parts of the stay, especially being able to just chill by the beach and take in the scenery. The resort has a really nice, peaceful vibe and it was a great place to slow down and relax. The staff were very attentive to our needs and always happy to help. They also offered buggy services to take us from one place to another around the resort, which was really convenient. Overall, had a really good stay and would definitely come back! 🌴🌊

    Brand new hotel. Everything was perfect. The place was huge and took a while for my family to see around. The design, the feel, the light, the air, the sound of sea breeze, the food, the room, the staff hospitality, the buggy, the in-room dining, the pool, the lobby, the restaurant were all super nice, cozy, tasty and beautiful. We'll come again someday. One highlight was the food at the Italian restaurant was super sedap.

    Although I enjoyed many things with my stay at the Hilton. I booked for the pool, the large pool was out of service they told us on arrival it would be fine in a couple of days… we thought this would be fine to manage until then. However the pool was still empty when we were promised it would be open we waited asked for an update and were told it was going to be out for longer. We came to an agreement with the hotel to get a refund and leave as this was not what was promised. It has been days since communication we were given the managers number and have followed up multiple times with zero response. As Hilton members this was disappointing. This was in no way a cheap stay it was a special save up for my birthday trip and I am left out of pocket as I had to pay for another hotel for my stay. Leaving this review was a last case scenario I wanted to avoid as their were so many things I would like to praise and hate leaving negative reviews, this lack of communication and being so out of pocket over what was meant to be a special week has somewhat clouded my experience. So this is now what I feel I have no choice left to do as an attempt to get the hiltons attention.
