Discover your new favorite vacation getaway when you stay at Bayside at Bethany Lakes. Located in gorgeous, Ocean View, this townhome is surrounded by popular eateries, beaches, and parks. For a peaceful walk head over to John West Park, Bethany Beach Boardwalk, and Delaware Seashore State Park, all located less than eight miles away. For excellent wildlife viewing check out the Assawoman Wildlife Area (8.4 miles). And to immerse yourself in the art, dance, and music of the area, make the quick drive to the Freeman Arts Pavilion (8.7 miles). When you first walk inside your stay, you'll notice that extreme detail was put into every little aspect of this townhome, ensuring your comfort and satisfaction. The main living area boasts ample, plush seating, a fireplace, and a large TV. The nearby kitchen is well-equipped with its delightful breakfast nook, and plentiful counter space for meal prep. The primary bedroom is the perfect place for you to relax after a day spent exploring the town. Unwind in the en suite bathroom either in the large, soaking tub or in the equally impressive walk-in shower. Your mind will be at ease knowing that little comforts such as having access to a private washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning are at your fingertips. Guests opting to use the amenities must pay at least 10 days prior to check in via PayPal. Guest will receive a key FOB or code for access from the clubhouse at check-in. Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged $100 for replacement. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
