Walk to the community's pool and clubhouse! All bedrooms are on the second floor. Its well-equipped kitchen features double oven, refrigerated wine cabinet and eat-in area. Extras: 2 TVs, DVD, Keurig, book & DVD library, games, gas fireplace, gas grill, wireless internet.
Things to know
The outdoor amenities are open mid-June through Labor Day; the exercise room can be enjoyed year-round
The fifth bedroom is accessible only through the fourth bedroom
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We really enjoyed staying at this house- it was comfortable, in a great location and was well equipped for our family of 6.

My family was very impressed with the size, location and amenities that this beautiful home provided. The swimming pool was used by us every day. We also played tennis, took walks around the neighborhood and even went hiking at the Fresh Pond Trail which is only minutes from the house. There is a really nice grocery store across the street from the community and the beach is only a 5 minute drive away. I would definitely rent this house again.

This home is perfect for our family of 10. The size is perfect.
Very kid friendly. This was our second vacation at this home. There is a community pool nearby that is very convenient when you're tired of the beach. There are a few things that we were disappointed with. The cleanliness of the kitchen and the bathroooms. They definitely need more attention. Also the sofa in the family room is very worn and dirty. It was in need of repair the last time we were there. It definitely needs replaced.
