This home also includes a vibrant home office with a desk and chair - perfect for remote work or schooling. For sleeping options, you'll find four cozy bedrooms here, all of which are located on the second floor, including three with en suite baths. Guests of this home will also enjoy access to a shared, outdoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and clubhouse.

I've traveled with my family every year for 15+ years. This house is one of my favorites. It's spacious, very clean and beautifully designed. It's a gated community which requires a code to gain access. There is a grocery store right across from the main entrance and the beach and boardwalk are 2 mi away. The only thing I would recommend, is putting tvs in all of the bedrooms with access to basic channels. Otherwise, very happy!

The house is gorgeous and unbelievably clean, and everything was brand new. The amenities were covered... blender, immersion blender, Keurig, smart TVs, pots/pans, dishes, every type of beverage glass you could imagine! Wine fridge, beer fridge, gas grill, bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, games, books... everything! House had tons of space though limited bedrooms for a house of this size. It worked for our group though. Location was great, with grocery right across the street. Drive to beach was 7 minutes. Nice community with pool and tennis. Would have been great to have resident parking pass, paying at the meters added up. That was the only thing we were missing. We've been coming to Bethany for 30+ years and this house tops. Having linens included was great too. Tons of towels and sheets. Empty cupboards and shelves for our own items too. Very well done. No regrets!!
