This brand-new Marlin Chase home boasts all of your favorite amenities - a gourmet kitchen, a screened-in deck, and a small backyard! Bright and spacious, the well-decorated interior is effortlessly open. In the living room, you'll find comfortable seating and an 85' smart TV. Sure to delight any chef, the marble-lined kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and shiny gold finishes.

Simply decorated for your comfort, the five bedrooms are adorned with high-quality linens and 55' smart TVs. Out of the five rooms, there are two primary ensuite bedrooms. Extra sleeping accommodations are available on the landing, via a twin bed. The home's den has a desk, chair, and monitors for those working remotely. Additional amenities you'll adore about the home include laundry access, central air-conditioning, bikes, a gas grill, and a universal EV charger (available in the garage).

On-site amenities soon coming to Marlin Chase include a pickleball court, grilling area, dog park, playground, gardens, and pool! NOTE: Construction setbacks could delay the opening for the summer of 2024. Nearby, Delaware Seashore State Park is only eight miles north. When you aren't hanging out on the sand, bike and walk on the trails of James Farm Ecological Preserve and Fresh Pond State Park, both less than a mile north.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
You must be 25 or older to rent this property.
This community is currently undergoing new development. New homes are being constructed and some noise may be heard during the day. Amenities such as pools and playgrounds may also be affected.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved the home! Lots of space, beautiful kitchen, comfortable beds and loved the screened porch. The pool was nice - very quiet! The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to restaurants, shops and beaches. We also loved that it was dog friendly. Thanks for a great week!

Love the aesthetic of this home ! It’s bright and airy. The natural sunlight coming in from the large windows with a view of nature and the streets, added to the coziness. It also features beautiful furnishings annd top-notch appliances. Everything we needed was well provided- from kitchen to bathroom to laundry essentials. The drive to both Rehoboth and Bethany beaches was a breeze! It was definitely a wonderful week of stay in Oceanview, our very first !

The house and community are beautiful and perfect for families. They are also dog friendly which made it even better! The location is driving distance to all the great beaches and many local restaurants. We loved it here and would definitely return again!

We have been renting every summer in Bethany for two weeks and this year chose to stay off the beaten path in the Marlin Chase community- we loved the community, pool and location. The house is new and has a lot of space and a great kitchen but the A/C on the upper floor just could not keep up with the heat of the summer- we called the property manager who came and said they would look into it but nothing really happened - it got to 86 on the upper floor where most bedrooms are located- in the end property manager provided a partial refund- loved the house and would like to stay there again but ONLY if the AC issues upstairs are addressed because guests really could not stay upstairs.
