What's nearby: This home is located on a teardrop-shaped peninsula on the shores of Voyageur Lake, with a private dock serving as the launch point for all kinds of water adventures. In the summer, you'll be just a few miles from hiking trails in the wild expanse of Nicolet National Forest; come wintertime, you can snowmobile, snowshoe, and cross country ski right from the property. Private peninsula with a spectacular view of the lake . Clean . Home was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Kitchen well equipped. Private docks and swimming off of the piers. Screened in porch added extra outdoor living space. Abundant wildlife viewing from the property. Eagles, deer, otters, cranes and geese. Fishing off the dock for the kids for perch. Fishing using the rowboat off of each side of the point for muskie.
We rented jet skis, with the lake and connecting lakes being more than clear and deep enough to enjoy without worry.
Level approach to the water was very appreciated.
Looking forward to returning if possible.

The property is clean and in a great location. The well water treatment and softener is not working. Showers smelled like eggs and was not drinkable. There was not a drinking filtered water provided, so we had to pick up bottled water for drinking and the several 5 gallon jugs to shower, do dishes and cook with. Overall a good experience, but this place needs some tlc. And theres some furry creature living in the garage. It startled me, but I figured he was here first
