    The first annoying thing was there is an extremely high deposit 5,000 pesos that they want in cash. They will not put a hold on your credit card and then release the hold once you check out. If you put it on a credit card, they're taking a 5% fee and then I'm sure they want a 5% fee to refund it to the card as well This is quite inconvenient for travelers because now when I check out and go to the airport, what do I do with this 5,000 pesos? Take the exchange at the airport and, you know, lose 5% or more. For the caliber of place that they're trying to present themselves as, this is completely unacceptable. The other thing is, while it looks nice and the room looks nice, everything about it screams cheap, low quality, low cost. It looks great on social media and it's great for you to post on your social media, but it is absolutely low quality. The single, most annoying thing that shows how poor their quality is is that they refuse to put in soundproof sliding doors. This is a minor cost upgrade that has huge payoffs for people staying there. Because this is in an area of town where there are parties and bars and other things going on late at night, if you plan to sleep at normal hours, you're not going to get it done here all because they cheaped out on cheap doors instead of getting the soundproof ones with soundproof glass.
