    Every member of the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating! From the moment we checked in until we checked out, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. We also loved that the hotel is pet-friendly—our stay felt even more special because we were able to enjoy it with our fur baby. We would happily stay here again!

    Great hotel and i love the food as it has a wide selection of breakfast buffet and dinner options at the rooftop restaurant. Will be back for more soon!

    The location of the hotel is great, especially since it’s right in the middle of Angeles, making it easy to get around. There are also plenty of stores and establishments nearby, which is very convenient. The room was just okay—nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable enough. However, I noticed a mold stain on the ceiling, which could be a sign of humidity in the room. This may not be ideal for guests’ health, so I suggest improving the room’s ventilation or humidity control and cleaning the stain on the ceiling as well. The rooftop has a really nice ambiance. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Special mention to Ate Annie, who provided excellent customer service and was very kind and helpful. Overall, my experience was okay. With a few improvements, especially regarding the ceiling and room humidity, the hotel could provide an even better experience for guests.
