NOTE: While the property requires stairs to enter, there is a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor. Stairs are required to reach the additional bedrooms
NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 faces the front outdoor entry and driveway. Camera 2 is on the back door and faces the backyard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion and will be on during the duration of your stay
NOTE: The community outdoor pool is open seasonally and costs an additional $8 on weekdays and $10 on weekends per person/day paid on site in cash.
NEIGHBORHOOD RULES:
This home is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA) and is governed by its rules and regulations, as well as federal and state laws and local ordinances. There are short-term rentals in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, or owners of second homes enjoying their retreat. Please respect their privacy and property rights, along with those of other guests in our private residential community
Noise that is unreasonable in the judgment of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. Quiet Hours are between 10 P.M. and 7 A.M.
All tires must be off the roadway. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are "highways" for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance
Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home's owner or property manager has told you he has explicit permission for you to do so. Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed
If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive
NOTE: Buses, campers and RVs may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. With prior MPOA approval they may be parked in the overflow lot during your stay
