Escape to a brand new private guest retreat just minutes from downtown Lake Coeur d' Alene. Tested by friends and family over the holidays, this unit is ready for your stay. Finished in late 2025, this modern, ground floor 1BR/1BA with A/C and washer/dryer offers a quiet, comfortable stay with thoughtful finishes, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Older acre lot neighborhood provides spacious surroundings and convenient access to all things Coeur d'Alene. hiking, skiing, boating, dining, pickle ball courts (300 yards away) and outdoor adventure are moments away.. Located on a private property 200 ft behind the main home (1.3 acre lot), the guest suite is attached to a large shop. Mature arborvitae create privacy from the main home.
Ideal for those looking to explore North Idaho. The neighborhood provides easy access to a wide system of biking trails that quickly access the Spokane River into downtown CDA and the centennial trail. Multiple ski mountains are just a 45-60 minutes drive.
