Wonderful 3rd floor unit with tasteful furnishings. Perfect walkable location to the newer area in Cda. Host was clear and responsive. This was our second time using the property.

The condo was just beautiful; the pictures online are amazing but don't even do it justice! It was very spacious and the floorplan was perfect for sharing with another couple. We ate out most of the time but the kitchen has everthing one would need for staying in. It was very convenient to walk to many different restaurants, parks, etc. We were all very impressed with the cleanliness, particularly special little touches such as a new, wrapped sponge in the kitchen! Television viewing was a bit tricky, as the remotes (all nicely labeled) were in various places other than where intended. I wouldn't have cared if there were no TVs but not so much with our traveling companions! Bill was a big help with all of my questions! If you go, don't miss the Kootenai County Farmers Market, less than 15 minutes away and just wonderful!

We really enjoyed this condo…so comfortable for the 4 of us. The kitchen and laundry room were well stocked. We did wish there was comfortable seating for all 4 of us to relax in on the deck. We liked to sit out there in the morning and evening.The location of this condo was great. It was easy to get around and see the sites.

We came for the bike trail and were so EXCITED when we saw our home for the weekend! This a a perfect place to stay and the view from our balcony was our favorite. The unit is spacious. We could get to town easily and walk right downstairs for breakfast Lunch dinner or drinks. We would definitely stay here again. Host was great to communicate with! Thank you!

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Condo was as advertised and was in perfect condition. Views from the 3rd floor deck were awesome as we could watch all the boats go by. Great sunrise and sunsets. It was very convenient to have a great breakfast place in same complex. Also a great lunch/ dinner restaurant on the 1st floor of the building but you could hear talking noise if you were sitting out on the deck at night. Not bad, just background noise. Would come back again in a minute. William was easy to work with and responded quickly with recommendations.

This condo has a gorgeous view from the wrap around deck and is located directly on the Centennial Trail for biking and walking. There are many places to eat within walking distance and downtown is a quick 5-7 min drive. The condo is well appointed for a very comfortable stay!

This condo has it all - a great view of the river plus luxurious interior with upgraded appliances. The host, William, quickly responded to messages and was very helpful. We appreciated the location just minutes from downtown CDA. This was the best VRBO I have encountered - a wonderful place to stay!! Note: We were a bit concerned when we saw there was a restaurant two floors under us, but inside the condo we never heard noise from it, and when sitting on the deck the noise was minimal (the restaurant was only open from 11 am to 10 pm in August.)

We were very impressed by the overall experience. Clean, organized, best view, location and wonderful host. We spent more time in the VRBO because we felt very comfortable. We loved Le Peeps next door, strolling along the water dock and watching the boats and ducks from the place. Close to relatives. Easy to check in/out.

Wow! This is an lovely corner unit condo that delivered belong expectations. The owner responded promptly with my numerous questions; the kitchen is well appointed including an easy to use Keurig coffee machine; the master bedroom's matress is a perfect amount of firmness with silky like sheets. The condo is within walking distance to many boutique shops, coffee, restaurants, and is next to the Centennially Trail for biking and walking. I highly recommend this place and can not wait to return again!

The condo was just as advertised, very clean and well equipped. Everything worked and all instruction were clear and easy to understand. The view from the third floor floor to ceiling windows awesome, it really made it hard to leave the place and go do anything, all I wanted to do was set and enjoy the view. The place is truly beautiful both the view and the condo it’s self, if you want a place to just get away and relax this is it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It definitely has the Wow Factor going with floor to ceiling doors and windows overlooking the Spokane river. The two sided balcony overlooks the river where you can watch boats come and go. The modern styling appealed to us and made us feel like we were on vacation. The location is superb, with easy access to shops, coffee and only 5 mins to the lake. And having Le Peep in the complex is a big plus as it makes a great breakfast/lunch spot. William communicated everything very clearly and the place was spotless. Exactly as advertised and we will definitely look this up for our next visit to the area.

FYI we own and operate a number of luxury short term rentals and enjoy super host status. Thumbs up. Location and view simply doesn’t get better than this. Kitchen exceptionally well stocked. Lovely roomy condo. 3 TVs. Bedrooms...well so so for a property of this caliber. Bedroom 2 is small but comfy bed. King leaves something to be desired. Mattress is quite firm and maybe that’s ok with you but it has a big wrinkle where top has shifted on right side. We were uncomfortable on it. (For two weeks) Pillows were a choice between extra firm or a lumpy alternative. No pillow protectors. Duvets/ lbedspread were satin but not the type that can be removed for washing. We would stay here again but just think more attention should be paid to a great bed for guests. Customer care not very warm and fuzzy. We pulled our car maybe 8-10” too far forward ( I’m not exaggerating) and were threatened that it would be towed away. Really? Took four attempts to get some one to clean a bit after our first week. And we were perfectly willing to pay for it. We will let owner/manager know about mattress but you might check if you think it might bother you.

Early August stay. This property is an eleven on a scale of one to ten! We have used VRBO for many years, in ten different states and this was the best overall condo we have ever experienced. We love space, and this has lots of it. + Location, location, location. The proximity to terrific restaurants within walking distance, the vast walking path out the back door and the views...wow! Everything is there you might like or need including Alexa to tell you the weather report for the day, and play your favorite tunes!
