Beautiful 5BR, 3.5BA carriage house in the desirable Canal Corkran community! Features open-concept living, a screened porch, patio for grilling, and a cozy 2nd-floor porch. Enjoy access to the Olympic-size community pool and a prime east of Route 1 location near Rehoboth’s boardwalk, biking trails, shopping, and top-rated dining—perfect for relaxing coastal living and beachside convenience.
*Community Pool open Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day.
Hours - 7am-8pm (7-10am and 7-8pm lane swimming only)
- All guests must be at least 25 years old, except for children with parents.
*NOTE: The property is not pet friendly, but the owner's cat is present when owner is there. Guests with severe allergies should keep this in mind when booking.
- Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (May - Sept).
*DEL 302 Management standard:
-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.
