The kitchen is both functional and inviting, showcasing rich redwood cabinetry paired with brown granite countertops, counter seating for four, and a cozy kitchen nook table that seats four for casual meals or morning coffee. The fun continues in the converted garage game room, complete with a commercial-size pool table, foosball, air hockey, dart board, ring toss game, board games, a sitting area for two, and two benches—perfect for friendly competition and family entertainment. Outside, the screened lanai becomes your private oasis with a sparkling pool, relaxing hot tub, and a dining table for six ideal for al fresco meals, evening drinks, and unwinding after unforgettable days exploring Orlando.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV also equipped with cable, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.
Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.
Bedroom #5 includes a king size bed, a smart TV also equipped with cable, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
This home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms; one with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, and another with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo, also accessible via the lanai.
