Pool Heat cost: $20/day. It must be requested up to 48h prior to check-in, or we might not be able to accommodate your request. The pool heating must be for the entire period of the stay.
BBQ Grill
Option 1: Grill rental is $70. This covers cleaning and use of the grill only; the PROPANE TANK IS NOT INCLUDED, and we do not guarantee there will be gas left from the previous guest. If the tank runs out, you can exchange it at a local gas station or Walgreens (usually around $30).
Option 2 - Rental is $140. Full service, including refills, is Requests must be made at least 48 hours before check-in.
Pet fee: The house is pet-friendly, but your pet must be house-trained. The cost is $100 per pet for the whole stay.
Oversized vehicles, recreational vehicles, or watercraft ARE NOT permitted at Paradise Palms Resort.
HOUSE RULES
• Linens & Towels: Bath towels, pool towels, and sheets are provided based on occupancy. Please do not use white towels or sheets for makeup or cleaning. Washcloths are not provided. Damaged or stained items may be charged.
• Pool & Spa: Pool heat is $45/day with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival. Pool is set to 92°F and spa to 102°F. Please do not adjust the heater controller. Temperature is not guaranteed, and heating may shut off when outdoor temperatures are below 60°F.
• Entry: Electronic keypad entry. Please use the provided door code.
• Packages & Deliveries: We recommend not sending packages or online orders to the home. Most resort communities do not accept mail deliveries. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Please report any issues within 24 hours. Non-emergency requests are generally addressed within 24 hours. Management may enter the property when needed for inspections or repairs.
• Equipment & Amenities: We do our best to keep all amenities in working order. The owner is not responsible for failures of non-essential amenities such as TVs, appliances, or hot tubs. Major system issues will be addressed when appropriate.
• Smoking: No smoking indoors. A minimum $400 smoking fee, plus additional cleaning costs when applicable, may apply.
• Parties & Noise: No parties or loud gatherings. Fees apply as stated in the Additional Rules, and violations may result in immediate eviction. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
• Insects & Weather: As this is a Florida property, occasional insects, power outages, and weather events may occur and are not grounds for a refund.

The house was clean and in great condition. The. Neighborhood was fantastic as well.There were a few hiccups that prevented a 5 star review. I do want to stress that the communication was easy and the management team worked to correct as much as possible .1. We were not listed with security as the renters. This was due to a missed step on the rental management company as was quickly corrected.2. We paid for the pool to be heated as reasonably expected it to be warm when we arrived. It was not and the pool never got warm enough to used.

I was so happy to have stumbled upon this place! It was very clean, very spacious, very comfortable, and had everything we needed! Even an air fryer! The small pool in the back was big enough for us to beat the heat and just enjoy the convenience of having a pool right outside our door! The big pool at the front office is amazing too! We also had access to the theater! Im telling you! You will not regret booking a stay here! And I would absolutely LOVE to stay again! Thank you to my host! We had a wonderful vacation!
