Enjoy Neo, a cozy seaside home ideal for couples or families looking for peace, relaxation, and a chance to unwind. Located in Cumbre del Sol, directly across from Lirios Park, it combines nature and comfort and serves as the perfect base for exploring the area. It’s just a 2-minute walk from the viewpoint and only 10 minutes from the stunning Cala del Moraig. The property also features a communal swimming pool right in front of the house.

The house is spread across three floors, allowing guests to enjoy different areas with privacy and beautiful views:
* Lower first floor (-1): lower terrace with a BBQ and a dining area for two people, perfect for intimate al fresco dinners.
* First floor (main level): fully equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop, oven, modern fridge-freezer, air fryer, and kitchen utensils) and a spacious, cozy living-dining area with a table for four, a three-seater sofa, Smart TV, and fireplace. From here, you can access the main terrace, ideal for relaxing or dining outdoors while enjoying the ocean views.
* First floor: sleeping area with two bright bedrooms and the bathroom.
* Master bedroom with a double bed (150x200 cm), ocean views, and direct access to a private terrace exclusive to this room, offering the best views in the house.
* Second bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) and built-in desks, ideal for remote work.
* Full bathroom with a shower.
You can also see the sea from the living room, and at night you can enjoy the view of the illuminated lighthouse, which creates a truly special atmosphere.
