About this villa rental
This exclusive luxury villa is located in the Cumbre del Sol Urbanization and offers every comfort and breathtaking 180 ° view of the Mediterranean Sea.
Air conditioning is available in the entire home.
You are guaranteed a stay in peace, with respect for your privacy.
The living room is spacious and contemporary. The large windows allow you to enjoy the view of the sea and have direct access to the terrace, garden and swimming pool (all facing south), while also allowing a maximum amount of light into the house.
Outside you will find a large terrace furnished with a table, sun loungers, parasol and a contemporary outdoor seating area; all this allows you to dine outside and relax while enjoying the view. The partly covered terrace offers sun protection.
The four bedrooms were luxurious, tasteful and modern with new and comfortable beds.
- The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and dressing
- Two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds) share a bathroom
- The 4th bedroom is in a separately accessible private apartment with its own bathroom, kitchen and living room.
- Each bathroom has a large shower, sink and toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, nespresso machine, toaster ....
The washer and dryer are available in a separate room at the villa.
The villa is located halfway between the airports of Alicante and Valencia, with famous cities such as Calpe, Moraira, Javea, Benidorm and Altea in the immediate vicinity.

Very nice villa with a lovely swimming pool and outside space. Also great flexibility in having a separate, self-contained apartment for my 19 year old daughter and her boyfriend.
Louis and Valerie were great hosts and were very attentive to our everyday needs. My only complaint is that the hot tub/jacuzzi did not work reliably. Valerie and Louis tried to fix it a number of times, but any success was only short-lived.
Other than that, a lovely villa and a lovely holiday

Buen alojamiento para unos dias de estancia en verano. Lugar tranquilo y agradable, lugar inmejorable para un desayuno con vistas... estupenda atención continuada de las personas para el control de entrada y posterior mantenimiento (muy agradables, respuesta rápida y precisa ante cualquier duda o problema, etc... felicidades familia).
