Less than six miles from your stay, explore Northside Park, Paradise Watersports, Baja Amusements, Lost Treasure Golf, and a variety of restaurants and shops.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
EV charging is not available/permitted on the premises. Doing so is cause for removal. There are charging stations at 100th St. bayside, 40th St. bayside, and at Royal Farms and Wawa in West Ocean City.
Boat slip is not included
Parking: Two designated on-site parking spaces are included with this rental.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Our stay at the beach house was nothing short of delightful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by pristine cleanliness throughout the entire property. The furnishings were tasteful and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere that immediately felt like home.
The house was equipped with all the amenities we could have wished for, from a fully stocked kitchen perfect for preparing meals to a spacious backyard where we enjoyed breathtaking views of the bay. The bathrooms were spotless, and the linens were fresh and luxurious.
Despite the minor inconveniences of overly bright bedrooms at night and a brief hiccup with the keypad at check-in, the management quickly resolved the issue, demonstrating their commitment to guest satisfaction.
Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we look forward to returning to this charming beach house for another relaxing getaway by the bay!
