When you aren't out and about, this cozy condo boasts a thoroughly equipped kitchen where you can whip up a home-cooked meal or just a frothy beverage to enjoy as the sun goes down. Or, you can always take a ride down Coastal Highway to visit any of the fine restaurants Ocean City has to offer. Plus, the free high-speed WiFi and streaming-enabled flatscreen TV will keep everyone entertained during downtime! Don't worry about packing your entire wardrobe either, as a full-size washer and dryer will assist in keeping suits and towels clean during your stay!

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and occupy this property.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
