The outdoor area is a true private paradise, set within a Mediterranean garden. At its heart lies a large 12 x 5 meter swimming pool with an integrated children’s pool, surrounded by sunbeds and multiple lounge areas ideal for relaxing in the sun or shade. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor shower and a covered outdoor kitchen complete with dining area and a convenient guest toilet—perfect for long, leisurely meals by the pool.
Access to the villa is via an external staircase leading into a bright and spacious hallway. To the left, the comfortable living room offers sofas and armchairs, a Smart TV, and air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a ceramic hob, and both a Nespresso machine and a French press for coffee lovers. From the living area, you step out onto a large terrace featuring a lounge area and gas barbecue, with beautiful views of the sea and the iconic Peñón de Ifach.
The main level hosts three well-appointed bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. Every room has wardrobe space and air conditioning. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, while the others share a separate bathroom, plus there is an additional guest toilet in the hallway.
Upstairs, the master bedroom offers extra privacy, complete with its own ensuite bathroom, a double bed, air conditioning, ample wardrobe space, and access to a private terrace. From this level, stairs lead up to the rooftop terrace, where a stylish lounge area awaits along with panoramic views of the sea and Calpe.
On the lower pool level, a separate studio provides the fifth bedroom. This self-contained space includes a living area with sofa and TV, a kitchen with ceramic hob and filter coffee machine, air conditioning, a double bed and an ensuite bathroom—ideal for guests seeking extra independence.
The property also offers parking for up to four cars within the premises, a washing machine and dryer, and free Wi-Fi throughout.

5: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.
6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
7: The downstairs studio can only be reached via an external door. It is not located within the main house.
