Welcome to Cascade Sunset, a spacious Florida retreat on an oversized lot in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Spend your days swimming in the heated pool, relaxing in the screened lanai, biking through the area, or enjoying the sunshine with your four-legged companion. With a single-level layout and no stairs, this home makes it easy for everyone to settle in and enjoy a carefree getaway.
Floor-to-ceiling doors open to create a seamless connection between the living room and furnished outdoor space. The screened lanai is perfect for relaxing, swimming, and watching fish jump in the canal. The private dock is available for fishing, relaxing, or docking your own boat, while the boat lift is not available for guest use. Enjoy sunny mornings, beautiful western sunsets, and Gulf access approximately 10 minutes away by boat.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a wall-mounted oven and plenty of space for preparing meals. Fire up the gas grill for an outdoor barbecue, then gather for dinner as the sun sets. Inside, comfortable living spaces and ceiling fans in every bedroom create a relaxing setting, while a dedicated desk and printer provide a convenient workspace when needed.
Four adult bikes and one children's bike are available for exploring the quiet neighborhood, and dogs are welcome to join the fun. Cascade Sunset is also snowbird-friendly, making it a comfortable choice for extended stays.

For property security, one motion-detecting, sound-enabled surveillance camera faces the entryway. It does not record guests.
Pool Heating Terms & Conditions
Pool heating is available October 1 through May 1 for an additional fee of $32 per day, plus tax. Guests must contact VueStay at least 72 hours before arrival to request pool heat.
The pool uses an electric heater that relies on outdoor air temperatures. Under favorable conditions, the heater can generally warm the pool to approximately 20°F above the outside air temperature. Pool heating is weather-dependent, and a specific pool temperature, including 85°F, is not guaranteed.
When outdoor temperatures drop to approximately 55°F or below, the heater may not operate. During cold fronts and cooler periods, particularly from December through February, the pool may take longer to warm or may not reach or maintain a comfortable swimming temperature.
Outdoor temperatures, overnight lows, wind, rain, and other weather conditions can affect heating performance. Pool heating fees apply once the service is requested, regardless of weather conditions or the temperature the pool ultimately reaches.
