The Space:
Enjoy the best of waterfront living in this inviting three-bedroom retreat, where bright interiors and beautiful canal views set the scene for a relaxing Florida getaway. Zero-edge sliding glass pocket doors open the living areas to the outdoors, creating an airy connection between the home and its waterfront surroundings. Ceramic tile floors, tray ceilings, and an open layout make gathering with family and friends easy.
The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of space to prepare meals, while water views from nearly every room bring the beauty of the canals into your everyday stay.
Outside, spend sunny afternoons lounging beside the private heated pool, casting a line from the dock, or relaxing beneath the waterfront tiki hut with a tropical drink. Start your day with coffee on the covered terrace, then fire up the gas grill and enjoy an alfresco meal in the screened dining area as boats pass by.
With 86 feet of waterfront where the Gloriana and Traveler Canals meet, this sailboat-access property is located about one mile north of Cape Harbour Marina and offers convenient boating access toward the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico. Two adult bikes are available for exploring the neighborhood, and four TVs provide entertainment when it's time to unwind indoors.
Yacht Club Public Beach, Fort Myers Beach, and Sanibel Island are all within easy reach for a day of sun, sand, and coastal exploration.
Guests may tie boats to the dock using their own ropes. Please note that the boat lift is not available for guest use.
Pool Heating Terms & Conditions
Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $32 per day, plus tax. Guests must contact VueStay at least 72 hours before arrival to request pool heat.
The pool uses an electric heater that relies on outdoor air temperatures. Under favorable conditions, the heater can generally warm the pool to approximately 20°F above the outside air temperature. Pool heating is weather-dependent, and a specific pool temperature, including 85°F, is not guaranteed.
When outdoor temperatures drop to approximately 55°F or below, the heater may not operate. During cold fronts and cooler periods, particularly from December through February, the pool may take longer to warm or may not reach or maintain a comfortable swimming temperature.
Outdoor temperatures, overnight lows, wind, rain, and other weather conditions can affect heating performance. Pool heating fees apply once the service is requested, regardless of weather conditions or the temperature the pool ultimately reaches.

This is a very nice home, we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely consider renting this home again in the future. The beds are comfortable, it is nicely furnished, and the kitchen is well equipped. The pots/skillets are better quality and in better condition than many properties we have rented. The baking pans need an upgrade. We purchased our own cookie sheet to use during our stay as the ones in the house were no longer serviceable.The outdoor space at this property is outstanding. The pool deck is large, has plenty of seating options, and a beautiful dock below the pool deck with a lot of waterfront deck. The house also came with bikes, two kayaks, PFD’s, and lots of pool toys. We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor amenities. One note of caution if you have small children is the tile around the pool deck is very slippery when wet. You must wear shoes when the the tiles are wet or you will slip.Depending on the time of year of your stay, the orientation of the property may be a plus or a minus. The pool deck and dock face east so early in the year, the pool no longer gets sun after about 3:30 pm. Best time for sun in the pool is 10 am - 2 pm.Overall we thought this was a very nice home and would consider it again in the future.
