The Space:
Picture a wide-open, enclosed lanai with a resort-style pool, surrounded by a forest of palm trees. An outdoor gas grilling station, alfresco dining table for eight, and spacious seating area, complete with an outdoor, wall-mounted TV and fire table, complete the picture – all that’s missing is you. Your four-bedroom Naples getaway is close to everything, but with such a luxurious space to enjoy both inside and out, you won’t want to venture far.
Inside this one-level home, you’ll find a spacious living area, featuring an open, updated kitchen with acres of counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. The chef can serve up meals at the lovely, blue-tiled breakfast bar, the adjacent dining room table for four, or back outside at the patio table.
After breakfast, pop a bottle of wine in the wine fridge to chill for later and head out to explore. Grab one of the two adult bikes available for your use and explore on two wheels, or head to Naples Beach, about eight miles to your west. If you’d rather stay closer to home, your lanai and pool area offer the perfect place to swim some laps and work on your tan.

The lighting for reading was lacking especially in master bedroom. Nice open main room and outdoor space. We were not warned as to the arrival of gardener or pool cleaner. We were not told about recycling requirements. TV service was spotty. Pool was warm without being heated. Kitchen was adequately equipped.

Could have been a much better review if it were cleaned properly, if appliances were functioning and if there were a guest manual on how to work the numerous remotes to fans, tvs, etc. not user friendly. Would have loved to eat one meal on the outdoor patio table but it appeared like it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in months. Overall it looked nice just could be better with function land cleanliness.
