A Note on the Property Layout The 1.14-acre estate includes two small guest apartments that are separate from the main home and not part of this rental. One is occupied by a long-term tenant and the other is listed separately. Your booking includes exclusive use of the main house, the screened courtyard and pool, the outdoor kitchen, the gym, and the backyard with the pond and fruit trees. The apartments have their own private entrance and do not share interior space, pool access, or outdoor living areas with the main home, so your stay stays private. We mention it upfront so there are no surprises when you arrive and see a neighbor coming or going.
