About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this 120 m² (1,292 sq ft) house in Bougey, which sleeps up to 8 people, to rent.
The house has a lovely living room, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outside area for you to enjoy. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with a dining area and a fireplace
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate lounge with sofa bed (160x200), armchairs and TV, opening onto the terrace
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Rooms Raconte-moi une histoire & La clé des champs: each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Chambre Jacques a dit: with two single beds
- Reading area with sofa, armchair and bookcase
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside :
- 300 m² enclosed garden
- A 50 m² terrace facing south-west, shaded by a planted pergola, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather (table, chairs, armchairs and deckchairs, barbecue).
The house is ideally located in Bougey, a small, quiet country village. A car is essential to fully enjoy the area.
The neighbouring village of Jussey (6 km away) has all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Visit the 17th-century Château de Bougey
- Remains of Cherlieu abbey
- Glassworks still in operation dating back to 1472
- Toy museum with clog making,
- Outdoor activities (canoeing, bike hire in season, hiking)
Transport :
Ideally if you are coming by car, you will be able to park directly in the private car park outside the house (3 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train stations: Vesoul or Culmont-Chalindrey, approximately 40 km away.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic)
- The fireplace is working, wood can be supplied on request for an extra charge (request and payment to be made to the owners on site).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
