- A bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and WC.
- A second bedroom with two 90x200 cm single beds. - An adjoining shower room with toilet.

- A large, unfenced garden, open to nature and the banks of the Saône River, ideal for enjoying the surrounding peace and quiet.
