spacious fully equipped kitchen with counter side seating caters to all
your culinary needs and includes a dishwasher and washing machine for
your convenience. The lounge area provides comfy plush seating and a
flat screen TV, perfect for enjoying some down time. Leading out from
the lounge, through glass sliding doors is an undercover patio with
outdoor furniture and an outdoor braai overlooking an oasis of lush
lawns and greenery with views of the ocean in the distance, making this
the ideal spot for entertaining.
Guests will have secure parking within a controlled access complex with
internet service throughout the apartment. The cozy bedrooms invite you
to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep with both bedrooms offering double
beds. The well appointed bathrooms each have shower, toilet and basin
facilities with all your linen and towels provided with your stay.
Guests will be within walking distance to a stunning beach and only a
short distance from Jeffrey’s Bay Mall, boutiques, restaurants, and
coffee shops. Jeffrey’s Bay boasts sun, sand and surf guaranteeing a

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Uys Street 14, Rouxvilla 12 Jeffreys bay.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
