Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
Guests & Visitors:
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please inform us in advance if you expect any visitors.
Security & Building Access:
This is a secure building — kindly ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the apartment.
Cleanliness:
Please keep the apartment tidy and treat it with care. Weekly cleaning is provided, but additional services can be arranged on request.
Respect the Neighbours:
Be considerate of others living in the building excessive noise or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
No Pets (Unless Approved):
Pets are not permitted unless prior approval has been granted.
Electricity Usage:
The apartment is loaded with a limited amount of electricity for your stay. Any usage beyond this will be billed to the guest account.
Dedicated Guest Support:
All guests will be added to our dedicated chat group to ensure quick responses to any questions, maintenance needs, or recommendations during your stay.
Third-party bookings are not permitted. The lead guest must be present for the duration of the stay.
Valid government-issued ID copies are required for all guests prior to check-in, and must match the names on the reservation.
