Prachtig uitzicht als je tenminste buiten kunt zitten. Door de hoogte en de ligging aan de baai kan het soms erg waaien en dat is buiten zitten geen optie.
Je moet een drietal trappen op om bij de locatie te kunnen komen. Dat is best lastig. Het appartement is verder ruim met voldoende leefruimte voor twee personen. De inrichting zou o.i. nog verbeterd kunnen worden met een goede keukengelegenheid. Het appartement heeft zeker veel potentie.
