About this house rental
Be our guest at this renovated 2-bedroom home located in the historic Armory Park neighborhood. Walk to nearby restaurants and breweries, or the heart of downtown. Enjoy Tucson like a local. The house is well decorated and supplied with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Unwind in the large backyard with a new heated pool and patio. Show off your bocce skills in our new court. Fire up the grill and enjoy the privacy of the backyard with desert landscaping. South Tucson is right around the corner to explore Tucson's best Mexican food. U of A is 10 minutes away by car, or there are several public transportation options available to you. Enjoy staying near the vibrant scene of Downtown Tucson. During winter the pool can be heated at an extra cost of $250 for the first 3 days and $25/day thereafter. Please let us know if you are interested in this option.

10 stars! Everything was perfect and we travel quite a bit. We had 4 adults and a baby and it felt like plenty of room. The house is historic and the updates made didn’t comprise the integrity of the home. Good location close to 4th Ave. Two coffee choices - drip and Nespresso which was a nice touch. The pool was so nice and the backyard was beautifully manicured. Felt like a private oasis. Even the sheets were soft and the beds were comfortable. She thought of everything! Usually I can’t wait to get home from a work trip, but I didn’t want to leave.

This was a wonderful home to stay in! Clean, quiet and very soothing while we were dealing with some very difficult health problems.
