Our 3-star family home, "La Roumanille," in Toulon's Cap Brun district, welcomes you year-round on the shores of the Mediterranean. Legend has it that the Provençal poet Roumanille stayed here... Comprising an older section dating back to the 19th century and a recent extension, the living spaces are arranged around a large open-plan room, combining a dining room and a cathedral-ceilinged living room with a fireplace. The kitchen, with its glass-roofed workshop-style window, opens onto the dining room and includes a dining area. An utility room serves as a laundry room. The house also includes an office/TV room. It is furnished in a "holiday style" with all modern conveniences. The 1000m² garden, partly left wild, offers a playground for children. For sleeping and bathroom facilities, the house accommodates 8 people: - 2 double bedrooms, each with its own shower room, - 2 adjoining bedrooms, each with a bunk bed. A bathroom (bathtub and toilet) is accessible from these bedrooms, - 2 single bedrooms with a shared shower room. One bedroom can be converted into a double bedroom upon request. - 1 separate toilet (+1 additional toilet with macerator). Sheets and towels are available upon request (at an extra cost). The nearest beaches (Magaud and Méjean coves, Mourillon beaches) are a 5-minute drive and approximately a 20-minute walk away. All shops are within walking distance of the house.
