This beautiful apartment has been recently renovated. It’s a very cozy and modern apartment where you’ll feel right at home; it’s close to all the major attractions and just a few meters from a sightseeing bus stop.
The Apartment. It doesn’t have a view, although it has windows and is very bright.
The floor is hardwood. Fully equipped kitchen. Induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, complete set of dishes, and cable TV. Sheets and towels are included, as well as kitchen utensils and a dish towel. A hair dryer and iron are provided. Perfect for two people (sleeps 3 adults and 1 child), ideal for exploring the city. Exclusive use of the apartment—you won’t be sharing it with anyone else.
Guests under 30 years of age are not permitted. Check-in must not be after 10:00 PM.
Apartment with a covered balcony, open kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and a living-dining room with a very comfortable sofa bed. You’ll love it.
To comply with local regulations and register you as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and the police, we’ll need to take a photo of your identification documents. A 5€ tourist tax per adult per night will be charged in cash at check-in.
Amenities and Common Areas
You’ll have access to the entire property, and it’s important to be respectful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m. We can arrange
an airport pickup with a trusted driver; he will charge you separately. High-speed Wi-Fi is completely free.

In accordance with the City Council’s new regulations. The tourist tax will be charged separately: an additional 5 € per adult over 14 years of age. For each night you stay. This must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Please note that a late check-in after 10:00 p.m. will incur an additional fee of 25€.
