Lightening fast internet, 4 Smart TVs with all the streaming services including Youtube TV with 130 channels.
Location, location, location! Only 6 minutes from Interstate 80 for a larger group of weary travelers looking for a good night’s rest. Just 3-4 minutes from major shopping centers, Adventureland, Prairie Meadows Casino, 8 minutes from State Fair, 13 minutes from downtown Des Moines.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need for cooking, including drip coffee maker and smoothie machine. If we don´t have it, we´ll get it! Family friendly with high chair and playpen for toddlers.
Extra large outside deck and gas grill available for extra fee. Free washer and dryer for your convenience. Parking for three vehicles. Safe area of almost new houses and neighborhood watch program. Outside security camera.

*Just for clarification, this is NOT a shared property. There is another entirely private and separate unit with its own entrance in the back, lower level. (Not a basement, more like a du-plex) This is where my awesome property manager and his wife stay and they are ready to help you with any situation that may arise, and they are ok if you want to make some noise. But please rest assured, each unit is 100% private with its own entrance, secure locks, parking places, etc.
Full access to entire house and walkout deck. Garage can be used for special circumstances for an additional fee.
