Why should you choose our property for your stay stay in the Des Moines/Altoona area? How about…
New and ultra-modern, almost 1900 square feet with 4 large bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens, 3 twins, sleeper sofa, all very comfortable. Sleeps 11) and 2 full baths, enormous living area for family gatherings and a full dining room with large table & chairs. Lightening fast internet, 4 Smart TVs with all the streaming services including Youtube TV with 130 channels.
Location, location, location! Only 6 minutes from Interstate 80 for a larger group of weary travelers looking for a good night’s rest. Just 3-4 minutes from major shopping centers, Adventureland, Prairie Meadows Casino, 9 minutes from State Fair, 13 minutes from downtown Des Moines.
Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need for cooking, including three ways to make coffee, air fryer, smoothie machine, etc. If we don´t have it, we´ll get it! Family friendly with high chair and playpen for toddlers.
Recently enlarged outside deck. We can provide a gas grill for an extra fee. Free washer and dryer for your convenience. Parking for three vehicles. Safe area of almost new houses and neighborhood watch program. Outside security camera.
We are clean freaks and do our own cleaning. All bathrooms and kitchen are sanitized. Air purifier for the hypoallergenic. If you find one hair or dirty spot, we want to know about it.
As you can see, this property is priced below most others in its category. A truly rare find!

You will receive prompt, personal and caring attention from my wife and I. We are ready to serve you!
*Just for clarification, this is NOT a shared property. There is another entirely private and separate unit with its own entrance in the back, lower level. (Not a basement, more like a du-plex) This is where my awesome property manager and his wife stay and they are ready to help you with any situation that may arise, and they are ok if you want to make some noise. But please rest assured, each unit is 100% private with its own entrance, secure locks, parking places, etc.
You will have full access to entire house and walkout deck. Garage can be used for special circumstances for an additional fee.
