This newly renovated one bedroom, one bathroom condo is a cozy unit with custom furniture designs, modern decor, stainless steel appliances and has just the right touch of Tiger taste!
This condo is located on the 3rd floor of West Chase Condominiums on Ross Street in downtown Auburn. Once you walk in to the beautiful wood door entrance, you will feel right at home! All of the custom furniture and decor were curated especially for ultimate comfort. This condo has beautiful LVP floors, a fully equipped kitchen stocked with top of the line cookware, a Nespresso Coffee Maker, quartz countertops, Smart TV, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Step into the beautifully tiled bathroom stocked with fluffy towels and spa robes so you can relax after a long day of tailgating, exploring downtown shopping and restaurants, or attending one of our many sporting and special events! Some local favorite eating hotspots are One Forty Grill, Tacorita, Hamilton's, Mellow Mushroom, Acre, The Hound and The Depot so be sure to give them a try!
The sleeping spaces are great spots to rest and recharge! There is a King size bed with a luxury memory foam mattress in the bedroom and a Koala convertible Queen sofa bed from Austraila that is like sleeping on clouds! There Is also a portable crib In the unit If you are traveling with a little one.

**HOUSE RULES**
No pets and no smoking - if evidence of either is found, you will be liable for $1,000 in damages for cleaning and ventilating.
No renters under the age of 25.
Occupancy is limited to 4 people.
A parking pass is provided - please return to the unit before departure. A $100 replacement fee will be incurred if lost.
All garbage must be bagged and disposed of in the dumpster at the complex entrance.
Please start the dishwasher before you leave.
Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
Place used towels in the bath tub.
Make sure all windows and doors are locked.
