Historic building across the street from campus and Toomers Corner! Park and walk to everything downtown Auburn has to offer including the football stadium and basketball arena! A mix of historic Auburn and modern furnishings. You won’t find a more central location! All mattresses, dish-ware, televisions, etc are all brand new!
These renovated units are in the center of downtown. One parking space is provided per unit. You must use a parking hang tag to avoid getting towed. This tag is provided in the unit.
THIRD FLOOR WALK-UP - this is an older building and there is no elevator to access the units.

We had a great weekend stay! Everything was in walking distance so perfect for us!It is loud at night because if the bars close by, but we expected and knew that before booking, so no worries and the noise machines provided in each room were perfect for drowning out the noise. I will definitely try to stay here again the next time I'm in Auburn.

If you are looking for a stay just steps from Toomer’s Corner this is the place. We had a great time!

In between 2 bars that are so loud until 2am we had to sleep with AirPods playing white noise. Size & layout was great, but poorly finished & cleaned. Food & a hair in one of the ice trays. Black residue on the textured ceiling. More black residue under bathroom sink. Rusted HVAC vents. Reported clogged—very slow bathroom sink, loose toilet & broken garbage disposal. There were some new bathroom towels—not washed—still had tags attached. Parking was a nightmare. Host actually suggested to park in reserved spot & not move vehicle due to possible illegal parking due to lack of downtown parking.
Location was perfect for our son’s graduation, we walked everywhere, but would never go back.
