The space
Condo Layout & Sleeping Arrangements:
o 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room with gas fireplace, kitchen, dining room, outdoor deck, outdoor storage locker in front of unit.
o Sleeping: 1 King bed, 1 Queen/ XL Twin bunkbed, pullout Queen couch, pack & play.
o Extra linens, extra pillows, pack and play, fans and blankets in King room closet.
Parking:
o 1 outdoor spot (first-come, first-serve). Parking pass is in basket under mirror —Please place on your dashboard to avoid tickets.
o On-Street Parking is not allowed between 2 AM and 6 AM
House Rules:
o Lake Cliffe Property does not permit renters to have pets. This is highly enforced and is monitored closely by management.
o No Smoking in the condo.
On-Site Amenities:
Club House right across from entrance of condo. Use Club house pass to enter. Hours are 9 AM – 9 PM. Club House includes:
o NEW Indoor pool and hot tubs
o NEW Gym, Outdoor Firepit, and Outdoor grill.
o Picnic Park with horseshoes and shaded tables.
Kitchen Essentials:
o Fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and appliances.
o Supplied: Dishwasher detergent, Coffee, tea, sugar

Laundry:
Shared laundry is next door, Building C103, go down steps and enter door at bottom of steps. Detergent provided in your unit. Cost: $3 in quarters ONLY , for full wash and dry.
Ski Storage Locker:
Located outside the Condo unit for ski storage. Please do not bring skis into the condo.
TV:
The living room and queen bedroom have TVs. Both use Roku remotes, and you can access live TV by selecting the Xfinity Stream app on the Roku home screen.
Access to all other streaming services available with your personal logins, if you have a streaming membership. Ex: Netflix, Prime, Apple TV or Disney.
Guest access
Access to Entire Condo, Ski Storage Unit, Condo Club House.
Club House right across from entrance of condo. Use Club house pass to enter. Hours are 9 AM – 9 PM. Club House includes:
o NEW Indoor pool and hot tubs
o NEW Gym, Outdoor Firepit, and Outdoor grill.
o Picnic Park with horseshoes and shaded tables.
Tennis courts, walking trails, and lake access walking distance
Other things to note
Condo is on the first floor in Building C. When you enter parking lot from La Bonte Street, the building across from the clubhouse at the entrance is building C. You can use any of those parking spots in front of clubhouse. The condo entrance is on the right of the first stairwell entrance.
You can park in any parking spot for the Lake Cliffe Condos. You have 1 outdoor spot (first-come, first-serve).
Check-In: After 4:00 PM
Check-Out: By 10:00 AM
You will receive a passcode to enter the condo Unit prior to arrival
1 Club House pass will be in basket under mirror . Please use to enter club house and pool/ hot tub area.
1 parking pass will be in basket under mirror. Please put on your car dashboard immediately to avoid getting ticketed.
If you have a additional vehicles, you can park during the day on La Bonte Street. Please know, free On-Street Parking is not allowed between 2 - 6 AM. You will need to park that car in a paid parking lot or you may get towed or booted. There is a paid lot across the street from the Condo.
