Our Marina Place unit offers year-round enjoyment for your next vacation whether you are here to ski, snowboard, sail, boat, bike, hike, or just relax. Our two bedroom/two bathroom condo affords great views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Our location in Dillon Colorado is centrally located not far from Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain.
Park your cars in our covered parking and walk to the local restaurants or brew pub, or take the free Summit Stage to Keystone, Breckenridge, Frisco, Copper Mountain, or Silverthorne. The bus stop is just across the street. Or sit out on the balcony to enjoy views of the bikers on the trail, or sailboats on the lake.
The Master Bedroom features a queen-sized pillow-top mattress set, adjoining master bathroom, and access to the balcony. The Guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a twin-sized bunk bed. The hall bathroom has a two sink vanity and shower/tub combo.
Our first floor unit is close to the elevator so you don’t have to worry about dragging your vacation gear up flights of stairs. There is a hot tub and sauna clubhouse outside our unit, but this is currently being remodeled. The other clubhouse between buildings one and two is available for your use and includes a small pool, hot tub, and sauna.
Summer at Marina Place offers limitless possibilities for biking, sailing, boating, and hiking. We are just steps away from the bike path to Keystone, Breck, Frisco, and Vail. If you are a mountain biker, great single track possibilities are close by near Keystone, Frisco, or Breckenridge. Walk down to the world’s highest Marina to sail or sit next to the lake at the Tiki Bar. Free evening concerts at the outdoor amphitheater are just a minute’s walk, or take your kids to the new playground and picnic area overlooking the lake.

Susan was a terrific host and is very caring about your stay. The house was very nice inside and very well kept. The layout was perfect for our stay and the neighbors were quiet and friendly. It's is a safe area and has some beautiful views of the lake just steps away. The unit is well furnished with kitchen needs. The bedrooms each have humidifiers, which were very much appreciated. The hot tub is on an extended long term fix and was not working. But Susan arranged for us to use a hot tub in an adjacent building (3 minute walk) and that was nice. The water supply has reports of radon but Susan said it was okay as long as the water is run for 30 seconds prior. We mostly used bottled water so it was no concern. As others have mentioned parking can be a challenge IF ice or heavy snow is present. A gutter drains in the parking vicinity and can freeze the water from melting snow. Thankfully Susan had the ice cleared before we arrived so we didn't have any problems fitting a Toyota 4 Runner in the parking spot. Susan also arranged for alternative parking for us in case we needed it. The gas fireplace is very nice, has a remote control thermostat and provides ambience and heat. The condo was a gem and Susan was a top notch host.
